The company was named First Runners-Up for the Highest Growth in Policies Sold and Most Improved New Business, reflecting its commitment to increasing access to life insurance.
Additionally, Jubilee Life emerged as Second Runners-Up in the Most Innovative Product category, highlighting its investment in customer-centric solutions.
Jayshree Haria, a Jubilee Life super-agent, secured a fifth consecutive win for 100% persistency, reinforcing the company’s strong policy retention. The firm’s qualifiers also grew from 54 in 2022 to 110 in 2024, marking steady progress in advisor engagement.
Jubilee Life CEO Asman Mugambi attributed the awards to the team’s dedication to making life insurance more accessible and reliable. Meanwhile, AKI Chairperson Nixon Shigoli highlighted the role of technology and women in shaping the industry’s future, with 66% of top qualifiers being female.
Despite industry growth, challenges such as low insurance penetration and financial literacy gaps persist, underscoring the need for continued innovation and consumer education.
