The man behind hits like M.I.A’s “Paper Planes,” Beyoncé’s “Run the World (Girls),” Wale’s “Slight Work” and Major Lazer’s “Pon De Floor” is heading to Nairobi, Kenya.
For the first time, the Grammy Producer of the Year nominee, international DJ star, and record label Mad Decent founder; Phillidelphia-based Diplo (real name Wesley Pentz) is set to light up Kenya’s electronic scene on 7th February, 2014.
Presented by Kenya Nights, Diplo and a host of local talent will be spinning at Tree House Club. Ticket information still needs to be disclosed, but in the meantime, sample some of Diplo’s collaborations and records below.
