NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 8 – Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter immediately met with Deputy President William Ruto following his resignation from public office.
Keter who will be throwing his hat in the Kericho County gubernatorial race will be joining public servants who are joining politics like former Tourism Chief Administrative Secretary Joseph Boinnet.
