NAIROBI, Kenya Aug 24 – Co-operatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya has rallied residents of Western Kenya behind President William Ruto’s 2027 re-election bid, citing development projects implemented in the region by the Kenya Kwanza administration.

Speaking during a public engagement forum in Emuhaya Constituency, Vihiga County, Oparanya said Western Kenya had witnessed visible development under Ruto’s administration.

The forum was hosted by Emuhaya MP Omboko Milemba and focused on assessing the government’s key projects and programmes in the region.
