NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 5 – Old Mutual Kenya has opened its second Integrated Financial Service (IFS) branch in Nairobi to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions under one roof.

The new services will be located at Kimathi House in the Central Business District.

“Our Integrated Financial Services Branches have been designed to make our customers’ lives easier by offering a wide range of financial services conveniently located in a single branch,” Old Mutual EA Group CEO Arthur Oginga said.

“With the addition of the Kimathi branch, we are taking another step forward in our mission to provide exceptional financial solutions.”

The new branch follows the successful launch of a similar branch in Mombasa last month.

“The expansion of the Branches aligns with the Authority’s vision for a robust and customer-centric financial services sector,” Anne Chelagat, Insurance Regulatory Authority–Director for Market Conduct said.

The Kimathi branch will offer a wide range of financial services, including insurance, banking, and investment solutions.
