NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 18 – Property developer My Space has launched luxurious apartments in Syokimau, Machakos County, targeting buyers looking for affordable units as well as those working in Nairobi.
The units, which consist of two and three bedrooms, will sit on 6.2 acres with close proximity to key facilities such as the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi Railway Station, and Mombasa Road, among others.
My space property CEO, Mwenda Thuranira, insisted that the property market is not yet saturated, hence the need for more developments like housing, which also create employment for young people.
