NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 21 – Equity Bank has advised its customers to use ATMs and its Equitel telephony services as some of its solutions will be unavailable on Saturday.
This, the lender says, is occasioned by routine maintenance, a factor that could cripple several services.
“Due to a planned system maintenance, Equity Mobile App and Online, EazzyBiz, *247#, One Equity till Number and Cash Deposit Machine services will not be available on Saturday 23rd September, 2023 from 11pm to 8am on Sunday 24th September, 2023.Apologies for any inconvenience caused,” read a communique from Equity.
