NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 23 – Power management company Eaton has begun integrating its systems with Tripp Lite partners across Eastern Africa in a bid to increase consumer access to a vastly expanded product portfolio, with further developed capabilities to support distributed IT and edge applications.
This follows the acquisition of the Tripp Lite brand by Eaton, the integration is expected to represent a huge opportunity for managed service providers and resellers helping them break into the market for power infrastructure, connectivity, and peripherals.
It will also allow the providers to expand the size and comprehensiveness of their proposals by incorporating ‘Tripp Lite by Eaton’ server racks, enclosures, and connectivity accessories besides UPSs.

Consumers in Eastern Africa can now access server racks, enclosures, cables and connectivity products such as docking stations, KVM switches, and a selection of other peripherals and accessories over and above the widest range of industry-leading UPSs.
