Tanzanian rapper Darassa is gearing up to release his latest album, Take Away The Pain, on February 7, 2025.
The album features an impressive 15 tracks, with collaborations from some of the biggest names in African music. Fans can expect dynamic pairings with stars like Alikiba, Harmonize, Mbosso, Zuchu, Bien, Jay Melody, and Jovial, among others. Standout songs include Mazoea featuring Harmonize, Romeo with Zuchu, and Looking For Love alongside Mbosso.

Born Shariff Thabeet, Darassa is one of Tanzania’s most influential rappers and songwriters.
