
Celebrating the best culinary achievements across the Middle East region, The Pro Chef Middle East Awards announced the 2017 winners at a special gala evening at Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa, Dubai, on Monday.
For four consecutive years, the awards have recognized the biggest accomplishments and triumphs across the Middle East’s Food and Beverage sector. All nominees were drawn exclusively from the best independent eateries, bars and culinary schools, along with the best 4 & 5 star establishments across the region.
The evening’s top honour, Pro Chef of The Year, went to Roberto Segura of Waka Restaurant & Bar.
