NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 26 – Jubilee Insurance and several of its executives have received a string of regional awards over the past week, highlighting notable achievements across leadership, technology, and customer experience roles.
The Group was awarded the Top 100 Gold Mark of Excellence at the CIO100 Awards 2025. A number of its senior staff were also recognised individually.
Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Njeri Jomo won Most Inspirational Female Leader in Kenya at the Abojani Economic Empowerment Awards 2025 and CXO of the Year at the CIO100 Awards.
At the CX Africa Awards in South Africa, Alma Olela, Head of Customer Experience at Jubilee Health Insurance, was named CX Leader of the Year. Lydia Gathoni, Manager for Robotics, was listed among the Top 100 Digital Adoption Professionals 2025 by DAPP100.
CIO100 judges also recognised Group CIO Julius Orayo and Group Head of Forensics and Information Security Jack Njuguna, who were first runners-up for CIO of the Year and CISO of the Year respectively.
In Tanzania, Jubilee Life Insurance CEO Helena Mzena was ranked among the Top 4 CEOs, while CFO Hillary Godson was named CFO of the Year in the Top 100 Executive List Awards 2025.
