NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 28 – Java House has opened its 110th branch in East Africa with a new outlet in Thindigua, Kiambu County, as the restaurant chain expands into Nairobi’s fast-growing northern suburbs.
The new branch targets the growing residential and commercial population in Thindigua, an area that has expanded rapidly due to improved road connectivity and increased real estate development.
Java House Chief Executive Officer Priscilla Gathungu said the company is expanding to bring its services closer to customers.
“Thindigua has grown into one of the Kiambu Metropolitan Area’s most vibrant residential communities, and we want to be part of the growth rather than wait for customers to come to us,” Gathungu said.
“This branch fits nicely into our customers’ lives, allowing them to enjoy a sit-down meal, or a quick takeaway on the way home or to work.”
The outlet offers Java House’s full menu and is integrated with the company’s mobile app and third-party delivery platforms, reflecting the chain’s strategy of expanding its neighbourhood presence as Nairobi’s urban footprint continues to grow.
