Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his Nigerian wife, Priscilla Ojo will soon be the newest parents in town.
The celebrity couple took to Instagram to announce that they are expecting and went ahead to post happy pictures with showcasing her baby bump.
The post quickly garnered an outpouring of love from their followers, who flooded the comments with congratulatory messages.
Their love and wedding journey has been nothing short of spectacular. After announcing their relationship in July 2024, Jux and Priscilla celebrated their love with an Islamic traditional wedding in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in February 2025. This was followed by a grand white wedding in Lagos, Nigeria, in April, and a final celebration in Tanzania in May, blending Tanzanian, Nigerian, and Islamic wedding traditions. This fusion of cultures highlights the couple’s cross-border love story and their commitment to their African roots.
Priscilla Ojo, born on March 13, 2001, is a rising star in Nollywood. A graduate of Media and Theater Arts from Babcock University, she began her acting career at just 14 in the movie ‘Beyond Disability’. Her performance earned her a Best Child Actress nomination at the Best of Nollywood Awards.
Juma Jux, born Juma Mussa Mkambala, is one of Tanzania’s biggest music stars. His career, which began at the age of 16, has seen him rise to fame with a unique mix of Bongo Flava, R&B, and Afrobeats. Hits like “Enjoy”, “Nitasubiri”, and “Fashion Killer” have made Jux a household name across East Africa, earning him numerous awards.
