NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 25 – The Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) has gazetted and certified over 700 HR professionals.
During the certification ceremony, HRMPEB Chairperson Commissioner CS Sharon Kisire highlighted the need for continuous professional development to maintain high standards of expertise within the HR field.
“This certification represents more than just a credential; it is a testament to your commitment to uphold the highest HR standards,” said Kisire.
HRMPEB aims to build a well-regulated HR sector in Kenya by ensuring certified professionals are equipped with essential skills and ethical foundations.
“Certifying over 700 professionals strengthens the HR industry’s credibility and quality, benefiting not only individuals but also their organizations and the economy at large. Our certified professionals now number 3,700,” Kisire added.
Newly certified HR practitioners were urged to uphold the profession’s values and keep advancing their skills to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce.
“Today’s certification is just the start. We will continue to support and train HR professionals to ensure they’re prepared for the dynamic challenges of today’s business world,” she concluded.
