NAIROBI, Kenya Jun 15 – The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has appointed Kabucho Caroline Njeri as the new Magistrates Courts Registrar.
The Commission internally conducted the selection process that led to Njeri’s appointment, which became effective on May 31, 2023.
“In her new role, Njeri will oversee the coordination of support services in all Magistrates Courts,” the Commission said.
Prior to her appointment, Njeri held the position of Senior Principal Deputy Registrar in the Judiciary.
She began her career in the Judiciary in 2003 as a District Magistrate II (Professional) and steadily progressed through various roles, including Resident Magistrate, Senior Resident Magistrate, and Principal Magistrate.
Njeri brings with her 21 years of experience as a legal practitioner, showcasing a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership and human resource management.
She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pune and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
“The Commission expresses its gratitude to Njeri for her dedicated service and extends its good wishes for success in her new assignment,” the Commission said.
