NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 5 – Housing Finance Company (HFC) Limited has appointed John Mwendwa as the new independent non-executive director, effective January 3, 2024.
With over 15 years of experience in the aviation, banking, and FMCG sectors, Mwendwa is currently the Director, Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa.
Prior to his current role, he served as the Human Resources Director of the same organization.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the United States International University-Africa and a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed. Arts) from the University of Nairobi.
He also holds a diploma in human resource management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
