NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 28 – PrideInn Hotels, Resorts, and Camps has relaunched its Diani-based property, following months of extensive upgrading to appeal to the changing needs of the domestic and international hospitality market.
The newly upgraded PrideInn Diani Hotel, now matches the global standards of a luxury boutique hotel and will appeal to the needs of modern-day hotel guests, who are in search of highly personalized services.
The Kwale County-based luxury property was first launched into the Kenyan market in 2014, targeting leisure as well as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) clients.
Since then, the hotel has distinguished itself for offering world-class services and amenities to guests.
PrideInn Hotels, Resorts, and Camps Managing Director Hasnain Noorani said the upgrade was aimed at revamping the facility to give it a modern-day feel. Increasing the number of amenities was also part of the goal of the upgrade.
“Following the upgrade, PrideInn Diani now has an Aqua park that will appeal to our young leisure guests. We have also upgraded our accommodation and conferencing facilities to bring them up to date. Apart from upgrading, we have also increased the number of rooms at the facility,” Hasnain said.

The revamped hotel now has four conference facilities that could host up to 500 people. It could also accommodate up to 80 guests a night.
Hasnain said the revamped hotel will be a warm welcome to guests’ experiences, and will operate in line with the group’s brand signature dubbed ‘global feel with Kenyan soul’.
The Managing Director added that guests staying at the hotel would be able to explore Diani, which is one of the main tourist corridors of Kwale County.
Guests staying at the newly upgraded hotel will have easy access to main tourist attractions in the region including the 16th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site Fort Jesus, Shimba Hills National Reserve, and Kaya Kinondo forest which is sacred to the Digo People.
They will also enjoy fun activities in Diani including skydiving, snorkeling, boat trips and scuba diving.
“This is an incredibly vibrant time of year, and the relaunch of PrideInn Diani demonstrates our confidence in Kenya’s South Coast,” Hasnain said.
