NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 21- The Nairobi County Assembly is mourning the loss of Deputy Minority leader Mellab Atemah Lumalah, who passed on Monday morning after battling a long illness in India.
She was a nominated MCA, on a Orange Democratic Movement ticket.
Confirming the news Nairobi Assembly Speaker Benson Mutura said “It’s a sad moment and great loss for the Assembly and the County at large,”
The Assembly last year in December also lost Korogocho ward MCA who was ill.
