LIVERPOOL, United Kingdom, Mar 5 – “Liverpool have scored their seventh, Liverpool are in heaven,” the commentator gloated as Roberto Firmino rolled in the seventh goal, Liverpool picking their biggest-ever win over arch-rivals Manchester United in a 7-0 annihilation at Anfield.
Darwin Nunez, Cody Gakpo and Mo Salah scored a brace each with substitute Firmino putting the icing on the cake as Liverpool tore United to shreds, scoring seven goals from their eight efforts on target.
