NAIROBI, Kenya, May 4 – Victoria Cherotich has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Image Registrars Ltd.
Cherotich takes over from Lawrence Kibet the new Director General (DG) of Public Investments and Portfolio Management.
“The Board of Directors of Image Registrars Ltd (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Victoria Cherotich as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1st April 2023,” Image Registrars Ltd Chairman George Njenga said.
“She takes over from Mr. Lawrence Kibet who has been the CEO for the last ten years,” Njenga added. Prior to that, she served in the same organization as the Director of Operations.
Cherotich boasts over fifteen years’ experience in Financial Audits, Customer Experience Digital Transformation, Governance Advisory Services, Company Secretarial Services, Securities Registration and Project Management
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Nairobi.
“She is a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Sustainability Professional as well as a Certified Secretary, an Accredited Governance Auditor and Certified Public Accountant,” the Chairman said.
Image is a securities registrar and secretarial services provider in Kenya.
