NANDI, Kenya, Jan 16 – National Assembly Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has called for a quick resolution of 50 pending cases involving judges currently before the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
Speaking in Nandi during the commissioning of the Tinderet Integrated Technical and Trainers College by President William Ruto, Ichung’wah urged Chief Justice Martha Koome to stop defending judicial officers implicated before petitions are over.
