4 Travel essentials every techie needs to survive a roadtrip

If you love traveling, whether for work or fun, domestic or international, to explore or to relax, it is a joy to be able to explore new places and see and eat new things. However, there are still a few things that I always bring with me on every trip.

Here are some essentials that you need for your next trip:

  1. Headphones

Getting noise-canceling headphones for your flight or your road trip is amazing, if you deal with anxiety, then headphones are great. It also helps if you do not want to talk to anyone during the flight. Kenyan-made Pace headphones, are comfortable and well priced.

2.An extra-long USB cable for convenient charging

One of the best travel accessories is a super-long charging cord. An electric socket or charging station may not always be readily available. When traveling, having the extra range is a big benefit, and can be easily sourced in any tech shop.

3.Tripod/ selfie stick

Having memories on a trip is amazing, selfie sticks make it easy to take group photos without cutting anyone out or losing the background entirely. Tripods are also great, especially right now with Tiktok, how about you make a dance video or a reel with you and your friends. I got my selfie stick from Miniso and it has been great so far.

4. Power Bank

When you’re in an unfamiliar city, you probably use your phone a lot more than you expected you would, most times trying to get around by using your GPS or just simply documenting beautiful scenaries around you, either way, a power bank always comes in handy.

Oraimo is very affordable and a must-have when traveling, its a fast charger so that’s a win and can be carried with ease.
