Kilonzo, who is the Company’s first female director, will be a member of the Audit and Investment and Strategy sub committees.
“Stella Kilonzo brings a wealth of experience to ARM’s other non executive directors. She will bring fresh perspective and diversity,” ARM’s managing director Pradeep Paunrana said in a statement.
In her other capacities, Kilonzo currently serves on National Economic and Social Council of Kenya and as a council member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Global Financial System.
Kilonzo left her post at the helm of the CMA on 30th June 2012 and chose not to renew her contract at the end of her first four-year term.
She holds an MBA in corporate finance from the Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelors of Commerce, First Class Honours, from the University of Eastern Africa.
