NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 2 – NCBA Bancassurance Intermediary Ltd., a subsidiary of NCBA Group, has today rolled out a digital insurance service, allowing customers to buy policies digitally.
The self-service portal, dubbed NCBA Go Insure, aims to simplify the insurance process.
The platform provides users with advanced data security protocols and allows them to compare motor insurance quotes from multiple underwriters.
“It is poised to enable customers to purchase insurance from a selected panel of preferred underwriters, as well as hassle-free renewals,” NCBA Group Director of Asset Finance and Business Solutions Lennox Mugambi said.
“We believe that insurance should be easy to understand, simple to manage, and readily available when needed. This platform embodies all these principles.”
