Popular Kenyan disc jockey DJ Kalonje has denied reports that he and his fiancée Sonnie Kangai have broken up.
Claims of a break up swirled online after the famed deejay hinted on social media in a since-deleted post that they were calling it quits after dating for seven years. The 32-year-old mixmaster yesterday retracted his statement saying that he was referring to his phone upgrade and that he and Sonnie were still together. In the earlier post, Kalonje shared a picture of himself and Sonnie seated together captioned and it with a long emotional message seemingly announcing their separation.

Dj Kalonje proposed to Sonnie last year while on a gateway in Dubai.
