Local comedian Blessed Njugush is making big moves in 2020, and not even Corona can block his shine. Njugush has a brand new show.
Timothy Kimani Ndegwa who goes by the stage name ‘Blessed Njugush’ got his start online with ‘Hapa Kule News’ in 2013 and has grown his brand of comedy making an impact online and on television. The father of one was on-air in his very own show dubbed ‘Masaibu ya Njugush’ on Monday night (1.06.2020) on NTV much to the delight of his fans. Once a member of the ‘Real Househelps of Kawagware’, Njugush is the first comedian aside from Daniel Ndambuki popularly known as Churchill to have his own show air on national television.
The season premier was funny and relatablea brand of comedy Njugush is well known for.
Njugush also recently commented on the prevailing topic of police brutality in Kenya. With an interesting take on the matter, Njugush’s satirical skit had many thinking of their part in stamping out extrajudicial killings and championing for police reforms.
