NAIROBI, Kenya, March 7 – Absa Bank Kenya has reaffirmed its commitment to gender diversity with the appointment of four female directors, advancing gender parity in senior leadership to over 47 percent.
The strategic appointments aim to enhance leadership strength and foster inclusive decision-making at the bank.
They include Mwihaki Wachira, Director of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Elizabeth Munga, Head of Strategy, Sophia Abdi Hassan, Country Treasurer, and Anne Nyongesa, Company Secretary.
